How to choose a plan

1. Where do I choose or change my plan?
In the embedded app, open Subscription. That page shows how many gift card import rows you’ve used in the current usage cycle and lists all plans your store can subscribe to.

2. What do the plans mean?
Plans differ mainly by how many import rows you can use per cycle. Free has a limited allowance per free cycle (the app shows the cycle length). Paid plans include more rows per billing cycle (typically 30 days and priced in USD, as shown on each card). Exact names, prices, and row counts come from the packages configured for the app—what you see on the Subscription page is what applies to your shop.

3. What happens when I click Upgrade or Change plan?
You’ll confirm in the app, then the app starts a Shopify App Subscription charge. You’re redirected to Shopify to review and approve (or decline) the recurring charge. Until approval, the subscription may show as pending; if Shopify provides an approval link, the app can show Approve subscription.

4. When does my new plan take effect?
After Shopify records an active (or trial, if applicable) subscription, the app syncs status (including via webhooks) and applies the new limits. If you just returned from billing, the app may show a short note that the plan updates shortly while Shopify finishes processing.

5. How is usage counted?
Import usage is tied to gift card import rows processed in the current usage/billing cycle for your store. The Subscription page shows used vs allowance and explains the cycle in your store’s timezone where the UI provides that.

6. Canceling and billing
Canceling or uninstalling stops future cycles. Usage already consumed in the current cycle may still be subject to Shopify’s billing (the app surfaces a short disclaimer on the Subscription page).
